Through this menu, you may make entries for the following vouchers :
Stock Transfer- Lot Wise : Sometimes materials or items are transferred from one lot to another. Through this entry stock of the respective lot are adjusted, though the total stock of allocations remain same. The stock of the Item at the lot from where the Item is transferred (called lot number from) is reduced and the lot where the Item is transferred to (called lot number to), is increased. The stock transfer only take place from one lot to another
Stock Transfer- Godown Wise : Sometimes materials are transferred from one place (location or godown) to another. Through this entry stock of the respective locations are adjusted, though the total stock of allocations remain same. The stock of the Item at the place from where the Item is transferred (called source) is reduced and the place where the Item is transferred to, is increased. The stock transfer may take place from one godown to another, or from one location to another.
Branch Transfer In : Sometimes materials or items are transferred from one branch to another. As per the requirement user can ask head office (or any other branches) for transferring specified items in a specified quantity as per your requirement.
