A Goods Receipt Details is a document issued to acknowledge all the details of the transportation & delivery address of the items listed in it. User can link an invoice with the GR entry and with this all the GR details will automatically show in the other details-1 of the Sale Invoice.
Enter G.R. Details : Main Menu> Sale> Enter G.R. Details.
User can fill all the Good Receipt Details in the form.
Delivery Details- User have to enter all the necessary details of the delivery address where goods are to be delivered.

Select Invoice- By selecting this option user can link a bill to this form, so that there is no need to fill the G.R details at the time of billing. After selecting this option, a sale bill search window will come where user can select the required bill from the list.

User can check in the selected invoice that all the entered G.R. Details will come in the Other Details-1 of the sale bill as shown in the below given fig.
