Header Properties:

Connection: Connection is used to make a connection through Microsoft Access, Microsoft Sql Server, Microsoft Excel and Text File. |

Execute Query: Execute Query is used to retrieve all the fields that you might have entered in the Sale Bill. It will let you know about the fields and its query so that you an add it in the designing to retrieve the data from database. |

Execute Query Expression: This option is used to retrieve data directly from database. |
Edit Expression: This icon allows you to modify the existing query. |

Save Query: You can generate a new data table from the existing data table through this option available. |
|
Save Expression: This is a simple expression that is used to get the values from the existing expression or values. |

Save Query Expression: You can save your data that you have retrieved directly from the database through this option. |

Delete Expression: This icon is used to Delete any expression from the Sale Bill. |
|
Close Selected Tab: If you want to close any particular tab, simply click on this icon to close selected Tab. |
|
Return Expression: Click on this link to Return an expression via inserting an expression in the sale bill designer form. |
|
Edit Error Field: If you want to Edit your field that contains error, click on this link to edit error Field. |
|
Expression Designer: Expression Designer allows you to design your own Expression for the query. Simply click on this icon to design an expression for your Bill. |
|
Design Custom Data Table From Expression: If you want to design a table of your own that contains your expressions well, Click on this con. It will help you in design a table of data that is derived from the Expression. You can make changes in it according to your needs. |
Click on the Field you want to retrieve value from the database. |

Executing a Query:
Select Execute Query or Press F5 from your Keyboard. It will give a complete list of all the fields and their queries so that you can select it from the Connection(s). See the window.
Now select the Query according to the Fields of your Header, and Select your Query from Bill Header. For Example: To enter the query of Name, Select Account_Name from the Bill Header.

Right Click on the Field and click on Insert Field.

The field will be automatically added to your Table. See the window. |

Similarly, select the queries for other fields from the Executed Query and add it in your Tables. See the window: |
You can See your Design by clicking on the Print Preview Option on Toolbar. |
