Setup Shades : To create the new shades follow the under mentioned steps :-
1.
Click the Setup menu and select the Setup Items option from the list.
2.
Select any option from the Setup Items submenu.
3.
A new window appears click the Setup Items menu and select the Setup Shades from the list as shown in figure.
4. Setup Shades window appears.
5. This form allows you to defineColors/Shades. These are used when defining items.

Filtering
The user is given the option to either see the listing of All shades or see selective shades.
Filter On : To view the sorted list of shades. Enter the first character of the shade in the text box.Press enter.
Show All : To display the list of all the shades check the Show All box.

Shade Name : Enter the shade name you want to add the grid.Press enter to save the shade name & to move the next column in the Grid.It is a mandatory column can't be left blank.It must be unique.

Shade Short Name : Enter the shade short name you want to add the grid.Press enter to save the shade short name & to move the next column in the Grid.It is a mandatory column can't be left blank.It must be unique.
