?	How to add a new cost center : Right click on cost centers > select Add Cost Center from the popup menu .

•	Related To A Cost Center

A single cost center can be related to various cost elements and many other operations .Different operations related to a cost center are :

Right click on any cost center > select Rename Cost Center from the popup menu .

Right click on any cost center > select Delete Cost Center from the popup menu > Delete Cost Center dialog box > click Yes to delete selected cost center .

Right click on any cost center > select Allocate Cost Elements from the popup menu > dialog box appears > check the required cost elements > click ok .

Right click on any cost center > select De-Allocate Cost Elements from the popup menu > a dialog box appears >

check the required cost elements > click ok > De-Allocate dialog box > click Yes to deallocate cost elements.

?	Allocate Profit Centers

Right click on any cost center > select Allocate Profit Centers from the popup menu > Allocate Against Profit Center dialog box > click ok after entering details.

?	Profit Center : Select the profit center from the list.It mandatory to select profit center name from the list.

?	Ratio : Set the ratio.

?	Amount : Enter the minimum amount.

?	Select : Select Yes or No

•	Cost Elements In Cost Centers

Each cost element in cost centers have three operations :

?	Rename Cost Element : Right click a cost element > select the rename cost element from the popup menu .

?	De-Allocate Cost Element : Right click a cost element > select the De-Allocate cost element from the popup menu.
