Realise Cheques For Collection (Receipts)

After the post dated cheques are converted into cheques for collection that is the cheques are sent for collection to the issuers bank and after if they clear the cheque the amount is realised and hence it is called realoise cheque for collection. This form will affect the ledger accounts and reports.

 

Realise Cheques For Collection: Main Menu > Vouchers > Realise Cheques For Collection (Receipts).

All the post dated cheques which are converted into cheques for collection in the Convert P.D Cheques To Cheque For Collection form will appear here in the grid.

 

Select the required voucher from the list.

 

Then click on Convert button.

Then it will ask for the final conversion of cheques.

 

Select Yes if user want to clear the selected cheques.
