Issue Assigned Raw Material - Internal

Issue Assigned is next phase of the production Process. In this process, you give raw material to the stitching team. Follow the steps mentioned below:

 

Issue Assigned Raw Material: Main Menu> Production> Raw Material Processing> Issue Assigned Raw Material - Internal

Issue Assigned Raw Material window will appear on your screen. Enter details including configuration for Issue Register, Issued to, Issued Date and Issued Time & Document number. Click on 'Select Job Order'. A window will appear to search Job Order first process. See the window below:

Click on 'Select Production Issue'. Then, issue register Search window will appear on your screen. Select production issue by clicking on Search button. Click on Ok after selecting it.

If you want to Calculate the estimated consumption of the raw material, Click on Calculate and Assign RM. 'Calculate and Retrieve Raw Material against JO/ Production Issue' window will appear at your screen. Click on Refresh button. Job order and Finished material will appear. Now, Select All will select the Job order and color will show the current status of the Raw Material. For example: In the window below S.No has turned Green as; Raw Material is Present. Click on Save button to Save your settings.

Now, click on Select Job Order Items to Issue from the main Issue Assigned Raw Material window. 'Select RM assigned against JO items to issue' will appear on your screen. Select the Raw Material and Click on 'OK' as shown below:

As you Press Ok button, a new window will appear with final details of Issue assigned Raw Material. Click on 'Save' button.
