Import Stock Transfers from Branches: This option is used to import stock information from one branch to another. Follow the below steps to use this feature.
Main Menu: Utilities> Export/Import Branch Wise Data> Options> Export Import Data> Copy Data Files from Disk

As you click on this option, a window will appear on your screen. Upload the CAB File by clicking on the button available at the right corner. Browser window will open on your screen. Select your Cab File. See the window below:

Click on Start Copy. An option named Map Auto will show. Click on it to Start Import.
Now Click on Main Menu > Utilities > Export/Import Branch Wise Data > Options > Export Import Data > Import Stock Transfer from Branches.

Click on Import Stock Transfer from Branches, CAB file will appear on screen.
You can set the Defaults of the sub- Branch by clicking on the Default button. It offers following options to Set as default:
Default Godown: You can select the default Godown from this option.
Purchase Configuration: This option allows you to set the default configuration. The Configuration that you will select here will be displayed always in your Configuration.
Default GRN Pre-Fix: You can set the Pre-Fix of your GRN from this option. It can save your effort of writing the Pre-Fix again and again.
Prompt for Exchange Rate for each document: If you want to Prompt on every document for the Exchange Rate, simply click on this option. It will automatically Prompt every time.
Pick GRN PreFix from Branch/ Supplier Wise Defaults for STI Import: Select this option to Pick GRN PreFix from Branch/ Supplier Wise Defaults for STI Import.

Click on Start Import button.
