Enter Opening Balance Of Leaves is the total balance and details of leaves taken by an employee on an annual basis listing his Employee Code, Paid Leaves, Casual Leaves, Sick Leaves, Earned Leaves etc.
Enter Opening Balance of Leaves: Main Menu > Payroll Entry > Enter Opening Balance of Leaves

User needs to manually enter the details of the balance of leaves of all the employees in this list by selecting the employees as
shown in the figure below.
How To Maintain Details: Follow the under mentioned steps to maintain the details of leaves :-
1. Select the Year from the list for which you want to maintain the details. You have the option to enter the year in Setup Payroll Time Period.
2. Click on Refresh button or press Alt+R to display the list of employees in the grid.
3. Now enter the values for different leaves and click on Save button or press Alt+S.
4. Click Close or Alt+C to exit from the window.

Save Button: Click to Save the changes made by user.
Close Button: Click to exit the window.
