Stock Replenishment: The (inventory) replenishment is an operation that consists in making the stock full again in order to avoid stock-out. Replenishment is typically initiated by a backorder passed to a supplier or to a manufacturer. We understand that stock replenishment is really important for your business and hence we don’t forget to add the new features to make it easy to use for you.

Main Menu: Order Processing> Stock Replenishment

a) Reference Days Filter: A new filter added to select reference days in Stock replenishment. Just enter Ref. Days and it will automatically calculate the stock between those days.

b) Extra Item Groups (SO) Option: A new button added to enter to add extra item groups in Sale Order. Open Stock replenishment for,. click on configuration button. Select SO From Requisition under Generate order as. Extra Item Group (SO) button will appear on your screen. Click on it and select Extra Item Groups. This option is applicable only in case of SO. It will not work for PO.

c) Extra Item Groups, Allocated Value Rate-1, Total Sale Quantity,Total Closing Stock: New options added in the column attributes of Stock Replenishment to allocate Stock to Branches. New Column attributes added are Total Closing Stock, Extra Item Groups, Total Sale Quantity and Allocated Value Rate-1.
