Contra Account Name Column added in Setup Journal Voucher Template: You can now set contra account against account name in Setup Journal Voucher Template. These will be automatically retrieve in Journal Voucher.

Main Menu: Accounts> Configurations> Setup Journal Voucher Templates

Setup Journal Voucher Templates form will appear on your screen. Select configuration, JV Configuration, JV Series and other details.

For example: You created an Expense account, its Cash In Hand account will be automatically created for Journal Voucher.

Open Journal Voucher- New. Select same configuration in header details and then click on Item details button. A blank will appear on your screen. Click on Template button.

Implementation:

Retrieve from Journal Template window will appear on your screen. Click on Ok button.

You can see Contra accounts with narration are automatically retrieved.
