Trial Balance : After posting the transactions to respective ledgers accounts they are balanced and Trial Balance is drawn which shows the list of accounts with corresponding Debit / Credit balances.
To generate Trial Balance Report,select the option as shown in the figure.
Trial Balance with Horizontal View Of Financial Year window appears.
Click the Create button or press F2 to view the details of those debits/credits balances which are extracted from various accounts in the ledger/ balance of cash in hand and at bank.It is a basic summary of financial statements.
