Allocate Employee To Allow/Deduction Configuration

1.

Click the Payroll and select any option from the list.

A new window appears click the payroll setups and select the Allocate Employees to Allow / Deduction Configuration from the list.

Allocate Employees to Allow / Deduction Configuration form appears.This form enables the user to allocate employees against allowance configurations.

Select the configuration under which you want to allocate employees.

2.

The list of free employees(not allocated under any configuration) displayed under Free Employees tab.

3.

Select the required employees and click the Save button or press Alt+S.

4.

Click the Employees In This Configuration tab to view the list of allocated employees under selected configuration.

Select the configuration from which you want to de-allocate the employees.

2.

Click the Employees In This Configuration tab.

3.

Select the employees which you want to de-allocate.

4.

Click the Save button or press Alt+S in order to de-allocate the employees from the selected configuration.

The De-allocated employees again appears under Free Employees tab.

Select the configuration under which you want to allocate the employees from another configuration.

2.

Click the Employees In Other Configuration tab.The Employee In Other Configuration tab consist the list of all the employees allocated under other configurations.

3.

Select the required employees and click Save button or press Alt+S.

4.

All the selected employees allocated to the current configuration.Employees are automatically de-allocated from other configurations.
