Periodical Purchase

 

This report shows the weekly purchase figure in a compact tabular format with Item wise period total & period wise grand total, in one shot, at a glance. User get the details of each Item under the Company, shade of the items. With this report user can analyse the weekly purchase of the item and the top purchase of the items.

 

Periodical Purchase Analysis: Main Menu > Purchase Report > Purchase Register Detailed-Cross Tab.

 

Before generating the report, a Report Viewer will appear, as shown earlier, where user can select the configuration and can specify the date and other details for the report.

 

Press F2 to create the report and below given window is the view of Periodical Purchase Report.

 

If user wants print view of report or user have to convert the report in some other format then user can check the Buttons In Report given in the tool bar.
