Field Properties allow you to change the Specifications of a particular Field. For Example : See the window below to change the Field Properties of Date.

Select The Field:

 

1) Select the Field, (for which you want to change the Properties) and then Click Right. Choose Field Properties.

2) Format Field window will appear on your Screen. Select Text and then Proper. Give a proper Field Length and Click on Format.

You can See your Design by clicking on the Print Preview Option on Toolbar.
